1961 年出生在伊斯坦布爾。作為一名持證記者，他于1995 年協(xié)助創(chuàng)辦了Y?n Radio?？肆制嫱瑫r(shí)是廣播電視專(zhuān)業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)(RATEM) 的創(chuàng)始人，該協(xié)會(huì)成立于2001 年?，F(xiàn)在，克林奇在新媒體領(lǐng)域工作。由他擔(dān)任董事會(huì)主席的Y?n Radio 是中國(guó)國(guó)際廣播電臺(tái)和新疆人民廣播電臺(tái)的播出合作伙伴。

近幾年來(lái)，土耳其方向電臺(tái)開(kāi)展了如下主要項(xiàng)目：1．土耳其方向電臺(tái)臺(tái)長(zhǎng)克林奇先生于2013年作為土耳其廣播電視行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)的代表出訪(fǎng)阿爾巴尼亞和馬其頓，考察當(dāng)?shù)貜V電行業(yè)的發(fā)展；2．土耳其方向電臺(tái)先后參加2013和2014年的伊斯坦布爾電視博覽會(huì)；3．土耳其方向電臺(tái)圍繞“絲綢之路”的主題與中國(guó)新疆傳媒公司開(kāi)展媒體合作。

Yuksel was born in Istanbul in 1961. A Yellow Press card owner, he is the founder and coordinator of Y?n Radio, which was established in 1995. He is also the founder of the Professional Association of Radio and Television (RATEM), which was established in 2001. He is currently working in the field of new media. He is on the Board of Directors at Y?n Radio, which is also a broadcast partner of China International Radio and Xinjiang People's Broadcasting Station.

In the past two years, Turkey Y?n Radio launched the following major projects: 1. In 2013, Mr. Kilinc, the Director General of Turkey Y?n Radio visited Albania and Macedonia as the representative of Turkish Radio and Television Industry Association, in order to investigate the developing status of the local radio and television industry; 2. Y?n Radio respectively attended the Istanbul Television Exhibition in 2013 and 2014 in succession; 3. Y?n Radio proceeded with media cooperation with China Xinjiang Media Company based on the theme “Silk Route”.
