合作目的：建立公平的多極世界秩序

普京說：

俄羅斯高度珍視金磚五國模式下形成的多方面協(xié)作。我們五國在國際舞臺(tái)上的建設(shè)性合作，目的是建立公平的多極世界秩序，為所有國家創(chuàng)造平等的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)。

“Russia highly values the multifaceted cooperation that has developed within BRICS. Our countries’ constructive cooperation on the international arena is aimed at creating a fair multipolar world and equal development conditions for all.”

俄羅斯主張金磚國家采取更加緊密的外交協(xié)調(diào)政策，特別是在聯(lián)合國和二十國集團(tuán)以及其他國際機(jī)構(gòu)當(dāng)中。顯然，只有聯(lián)合所有國家的努力，才能確保世界的穩(wěn)定，尋找到解決包括中東地區(qū)在內(nèi)的激烈沖突的途徑。

“Russia stands for closer coordination of the BRICS countries’ foreign policies, primarily at the UN and G20, as well as other international organisations. It is clear that only the combined efforts of all countries can help bring about global stability and find solutions to many acute conflicts, including those in the Middle East. ”

他說：

“However, the fight against terrorists in Syria and other countries and regions must continue.Russia calls for going over from debates to the practical creation of a broad counterterrorism front based on international law and led by the UN. 朝鮮半島局勢：以中俄“路線圖”實(shí)現(xiàn)半島和平

普京說：

近來，半島局勢加劇，在大規(guī)模沖突的邊緣飄忽不定。俄羅斯認(rèn)為，那種“只有通過對(duì)平壤施壓才能制止朝鮮核導(dǎo)計(jì)劃”的算計(jì)是錯(cuò)誤的，也是沒有前景的。應(yīng)當(dāng)在不提出任何前提條件的基礎(chǔ)上，通過所有相關(guān)方進(jìn)行直接對(duì)話的途徑解決地區(qū)問題。挑釁、施壓，以及好戰(zhàn)和侮辱性的言辭——都是站不住腳的。

“I have to say a few words about the situation on the Korean Peninsula, where tensions have grown recently and the situation is balancing on the brink of a large-scale conflict. Russia believes that the policy of putting pressure on Pyongyang to stop its nuclear missile programme is misguided and futile. The region’s problems should only be settled through a direct dialogue of all the parties concerned without any preconditions. Provocations, pressure and militarist and insulting rhetoric are a dead-end road.”
