建議簽署金磚國(guó)家信息安全協(xié)議

普京說(shuō)：

俄羅斯主張，擴(kuò)大金磚國(guó)家在全球信息安全領(lǐng)域的合作。我們建議，共同制定相應(yīng)的合作國(guó)際法框架，將來(lái)制定并采納各國(guó)在該領(lǐng)域負(fù)責(zé)任的行為普適原則。我們邁出的重要一步，有可能就是簽署金磚國(guó)家在國(guó)際信息安全領(lǐng)域的政府間協(xié)議。

“Russia also calls forpromoting the interaction of the BRICS countries in the area of global information security. We propose joining our efforts to create a legal basis for cooperation and subsequently to draft and adopt universal rules of responsible behaviour of states in this sphere. A major step towards this goal would be the signing of an intergovernmental BRICS agreement on international information security.”

廈門(mén)會(huì)晤將把金磚五國(guó)的協(xié)作提升到一個(gè)全新的水平

普京說(shuō)：

大家記得，2015年，在俄羅斯的倡議下，在烏法會(huì)晤上通過(guò)并成功實(shí)施了《金磚國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴戰(zhàn)略》。我們期望在廈門(mén)即將舉行的會(huì)晤上，在貿(mào)易、投資、生產(chǎn)合作領(lǐng)域，就新的大型合作目標(biāo)展開(kāi)討論。

“I would like to point out that on Russia’s initiative a BRICS Strategy for Economic Partnership was adopted at the Ufa Summit in 2015 and is being successfully implemented. We hope to be able to discuss new large-scale cooperation tasks in trade and investment and industrial cooperation at the Xiamen Summit.”

普京還就金磚國(guó)家在全球金融和經(jīng)濟(jì)架構(gòu)、反對(duì)貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義、反壟斷、能源研究、中小企業(yè)、婦女對(duì)話(huà)、科學(xué)技術(shù)、人文等領(lǐng)域合作闡述了俄方觀(guān)點(diǎn)。

普京說(shuō)：

俄羅斯主張?jiān)谡巍⒔?jīng)濟(jì)、人文及其他領(lǐng)域深化金磚國(guó)家伙伴關(guān)系。我們?cè)概c同仁們一道，在堅(jiān)實(shí)的國(guó)際法基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)民主化進(jìn)程，加強(qiáng)國(guó)際事務(wù)健康發(fā)展的原則。
